3. Payment Terms

• Payments must be made in two instalments:

  • 50% upfront before the start of the service.

  • 50% upon delivery of the completed service.

• If we fail to deliver within the agreed timeframe, the customer will be entitled to either one free next service or 50% off on the current service, in which case the second installment will not be charged.

• We accept payments via Razorpay and other approved payment gateways.

4. Delivery Policy

• Service delivery timeframes depend on the complexity of the request.

• Customers will receive completed work via WhatsApp as per their preference.

• Formathesis is not responsible for delays due to technical issues beyond our control.

5. Revision & Refund Policy

• One free revision is included after service completion.

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the request, provided work has not begun.

• Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

• Refunds will be processed within 1-2 business days and credited to the customer's bank account.

• No refund will be issued if the service has been provided as per the agreed terms.
